  Ensure items are in their original condition, with shrink-wrap intact for textbooks and tags attached for apparel and spirit wear.

  Locate your original sales receipt or packing slip to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include the return form before shipping to our central processing warehouse via a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a credit will be issued to your account within 5 to 7 business days.
